We are looking for a motivated Business Development MTO to support lead generation, client outreach, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Contact prospects and schedule meetings.
- Prepare proposals and assist with follow-ups.
- Maintain lead/CRM records and provide regular updates.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and English writing skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online research.
- Proactive, confident, and willing to learn.
